When we started in 2010, the Indian car owners were not having any other option than the “Teflon coating” – which is a filler-based polish that hides the scratches for few washes. We helped Indian auto-enthusiasts to think beyond and we started premium car care market and introduced Ceramic Coating in India, which was a paradigm shift in the auto care industry.
We are auto detailers and not just coating installers! Our approach is designed to preserve the originalities of the vehicle by removing the just required clear coat and not using any harsh chemicals for cleaning interiors such as leather, dashboard etc.
How We Do?
What is a detailing car? Car detailing is all about restoring the car to the original form (please check our blog on car detailing for more details. We have a process-based approach followed by all our car detailing studios and is designed to bring out the best look of your ride.
First phase of our car detailing process is Interaction Phase, in this phase we interact with the customer and understand the details of the car maintenance, previous detailing history, if any etc. This helps us to identify any pain-points or specific concerns customer has.
Second phase is Inspection Phase, we do a complete physical check on the vehicle to assess the issues and condition of the vehicle. We also check the thickness of the paint using paint thickness gauge (this will help us to know the polishability of the car paint, most of the detailers skip this process and end-up in removing the clear coat left on the car paint without realizing).
Planning Phase will be the third phase and we choose our detailing strategy for that particular vehicle. We do a test-spot first to finalize the strategy and always follow a bottom-up approach by using less aggressive option to start, this helps us to retain the clear coat thickness without much harm.
This is followed by our Execution Phase and this has following stages:
1. Cleaning & Decontamination Stage (includes: Car washing, logo cleaning, wheel & tyre cleaning, interior cleaning, claying, tar & iron removing etc.)
2. Correction Stage (Paint correction using our proprietary correction technique with minimal damage to the clear coat, wheel correction, interior detailing etc.)
3. Protection Stage (This involves 360o protection of entire vehicle parts such as paint, tyres, wheels, trims, glass, dashboard, fabric, leather etc)
4. Maintenance Stage (Our maintenance packages are carefully designed to help our customers to take care of the vehicle after our treatment, we also have the right tools & products for a trouble-free maintenance.
GreenZ 4 Stage Process
01. Cleaning & Decontamination Stage
WHEELS & TIRES: The wheels, tires and the inner arch of the fender are thoroughly cleaned using GreenZ Wheel Cleaner & GreenZ APC with recommended detailing brushes for effective cleaning.
The wheels & tire cleaning also includes decontamination of brake dust, iron deposit & tar using specific cleaners like GYEON Q²M IRON and GYEON Q²M TAR which are body safe and not only cleans but also restores the lost look. This process ensures your ride’s wheels are free from any iron contamination and break-dust, presence of which otherwise can corrode and damage the alloy wheels.
SALT & MINERAL DEPOSIT REMOVAL, LOGO CLEANING: All the dirt, salt and mineral deposits are removed from the body, especially from the logo using special chemicals GreenZ MDR & special brushes.
CAR WASH: The body is thoroughly washed using PH-neutral shampoo like GreenZ Foam Shampoo that’s safe on paints and coating, and will be dried using the GreenZ Supreme Drying Towel which will ensure no further streaks are induced on the paint surface.
TAR DECONTAMINATION: Vehicles usually collect large amounts of tar and asphalt contamination during daily use, these tar spots will be removed using GYEON Q2M TAR.
CLAYING: After washing the car thoroughly to get rid of the surface contaminants, it will be later clayed using GYEON Q² M Clay to remove any further contaminants that are bonded with the paint and were not able to get removed by washing.
After this process, car will be completely free from any contaminants & dirt.
02. Correction Stage
We use our own compounds, polishes and pads which are manufactured in Germany to correct the paint surface. We use GreenZ XtremeCut Compound 350 with GreenZ Denim Pad to remove orange peel and deep scratches. To remove severe scratches, we use GreenZ XtremeCut Compound 350 along with our GreenZ Compressed Hybrid Wool Pad 6.5″ or GreenZ Hybrid Green Xtreme Cutting Foam Pad or GreenZ Hybrid White Heavy Cutting Foam Pad depending on the nature of paint and the paint defects.
Then use GreenZ Heavy Cut Compound 600 with our GreenZ Hybrid White Heavy Cutting Foam Pad or GreenZ Hybrid Orange Medium Cutting Foam Pad to remove swirls and minor and medium scratches.
Finally use our GreenZ Ultra Finish Polish 4500 and GreenZ Hybrid Black Finishing Foam Pad on a DA polisher which will bring mirror finish on the paint surface.
Unlike our competitions, the excellent combination of our compounds and pads enable us to use two-step correction in most of the situations and preserve a lots of clear coat on our customer cars.
03. Protection Stage
We follow the car detailing process suggested by the respective manufacturers strictly & religiously when it comes with paint protection to get the best out of their paint protection products.
PREPPING: After multiple steps of polishing are performed, it calls for a need of surgical-clean of the paint surface before any kind of protection is performed. The body will be wiped down with GYEON Q²M PREP for proper vehicle preparation before any protection application to the paint surface.
This serves two purposes, it degreases the paint surface and removes the polish residue and any oil content presented in the polishes, it also gives anti-static property, so the dust particles won’t settle on the surface and makes the surface oil-free and dust-free for a perfect coating. This process is very important as ceramic coatings require a clean and bare paint surface to do a perfect chemical bonding for better durability.
INTERIOR PROTECTION: Car’s dashboard will be protected using GYEON Q²M Preserve as part of our interior car detailing process and fabric seats will be protected using GYEON Q² Fabric Coat and leather seats using GYEON Q² Leather Shield.
PAINT PROTECTION: After Prepping, the paint will be protected with the ceramic coating such as GYEON Q² MOHS EVO Kit or GreenZ Infinity Coat Gold and will be wiped using suede microfiber cloth. Multiple layers will be added based on the package chosen.
GLASS PROTECTION: Car’s glasses will be protected using GYEON Q² VIEW.
TIRE DRESSING: The cleaned tires are dressed with water-based dresser which restores the shine and safeguards the rubber from cracking.
Also, use our Tyre coating – GYEON Q² TIRE which can last 3 – 4 months as an add-on service for more durability and protection for the tyres.
EXTERIOR PLASTICS CLEANED & DRESSED: The exterior plastics are cleaned using specific plastic cleaners and later dressed with water based dresser which restores the shine and safeguards the plastic from UV rays.
We have plastic restoration product – GYEON Q² TRIM, which can restore the faded-plastic and protect it for more than 12 months as an add-on service.
CHROME & METAL SURFACES CLEANED AND POLISHED: All the chrome and metal surfaces are treated with metal polish like GYEON Q²M MetalPolish to clean and restore the gloss.

04. Maintenance Stage

We use GYEON Q²M Bathe+ for maintenance wash & GYEON Q²M Bathe as regular wash. Use GYEON Q² CANCOAT EVO and GYEON Q²M Cure for maintenance treatment.
We also use GYEON Q²M WETCOAT as maintenance product for our ceramic coated vehicles.
