GreenZ Heavy Cut Compound 600

GreenZ Heavy Cut Compound 600 is a water-based high cutting compound that easily removes deep swirls, scratches etchings, oxidation and other severe defects even on the toughest of clear-coat finishes.

GreenZ Car Care introduces a two-step approach for paint correction. In ideal situations, you could remove all paint defects with minimal loss of paint thickness and achieve best gloss in just two-steps and saves lots of time and paint. The secret is our Xtreme Cut 350 can also leave a good finish after an extreme cut, and you can directly go to our UltraFinish Polish 4500 for a final finish. If the paint defects are moderate, you can start with our Heavy Cut Compound 600 and follow our UltraFinish Polish 4500 for a final finish which makes the paint correction a true two-step process.

GreenZ Heavy Cut Compound 600 is designed for Ceramic Coating with zero silicon fillers and low-oil formula.

The ceramic coating requires clean paint surface to have better chemical bonding between paint molecules and coating molecules, presence of oil or fillers will make coating molecules bonded with them instead of paint molecules and hence the durability of the coating will get affected. Most of the compounds & polishes in the market contains heavy oils which affect the coating durability.

The particles in this formula fracture under heat and pressure so you need less of the product and you less likely to burn the paint because you will use a lower speed. The particles start off by acting like a compound and then as they break down their properties change to act more as a car polish. It is so effective at not inducing hazing that it possible to go directly form compounding to a finishing product.

GreenZ Heavy Cut Compound 600 contains twice as much milled Aluminium Oxide as found in Intensive polish so is capable of removing twice the defects. GreenZ Heavy Cut Compound 600 is more hardcore so better for deeper scratches, 1200 to 1500 grit defects and water spots or for use on tough OEM paints. Like the rest of the range it is silicone and filler free so results are permanent.

GreenZ Heavy Cut Compound 600 is a true compound that finishes better than most medium-cut polishes. it delivers a better working time than any competition product which is suitable for professional detailers.

In light coloured paints you will require only a little if any polishing afterwards, the darker black and red paints may require a further polish just to restore the gloss.

HOW TO USE

Step 1
Pair GreenZ HeavyCut Compound 600 with GreenZ Compressed Wool Pad or GreenZ Hybrid White Heavy Cutting Foam Pad on DA polisher for heavy paint defects. For Medium paint defects, pair with GreenZ Hybrid Orange Medium Cutting Foam Pad on DA polisher.

Step 2
Refine the paintwork using GreenZ UltraFinish Polish 4500 and GreenZ Hybrid Black Finishing Foam Pad on DA polisher to achieve outstanding gloss level and a mirror finish.

TIPS
+ Shake well before each use
+ Always do a test section before using for first time
+ Work on a 2X2 ft. area at a time

SAFETY TIPS
In the case of eye contact, immediately flush the eye with plenty of clean water and get a medical attention.

For Skin: Use a suitable barrier cream and wash throughly at the end of each use.
If Swallowed: Do not induce vomiting, visit a physician immediately.
