For medium paint defects, use GreenZ HeavyCut Compound 600 with GreenZ Hybrid White Heavy Cutting Foam Pad or GreenZ Hybrid Orange Medium Cutting Foam Pad on DA polisher based on the severity of the defects.
GreenZ Heavy Cut Compound 600 contains twice as much milled Aluminium Oxide as found in Intensive polish so is capable of removing even heavy defects. GreenZ Heavy Cut Compound 600 is a true compound that finishes better than most medium-cut polishes. it delivers a better working time than any competition product which is good for professional detailers.
This process can be enough for light coloured cars especially on soft-paints and use HeavyCut Compound 600 as a single-step and can directly go to the protection step. For dark coloured cars and hard-paints, can directly go to refine the paintwork usingGreenZ UltraFinish Polish 4500 with GreenZ Hybrid Black Finishing Foam Pad on DA polisher to achieve outstanding gloss level and a mirror finish.
HOW TO USE
Make sure the surface to be polished is clean and dry. Fresh paint should be fully cured. Apply GreenZ Ultra Finish Polish 4500 out of direct sunlight.
Use a soft foam finishing pad, like GreenZ Hybrid Black Finishing Foam Pad. Apply a 6 inch line of compound to the vehicle. With the polisher turned off, spread the polish over about a 2 x 2 sq. ft. area.
Polish at 1200-1800 RPM (5-6 OPM on a dual action polisher) working slowly across and then up and down the area. Check your work after several passes to see if the defects have been removed. If so, reduce the pressure and continue buffing until a high gloss is achieved. If the pad becomes dry, mist it with water and continue buffing.
Wipe the area with a damp microfiber cloth like GreenZ All-Purpose Microfiber Towel.
Always apply a suitable paint protection product such as ceramic coatings, wax or sealant after polishing.
