What is the timelines in shipping the orders?

Our normal shipping timelines are 3-4 working days, but we used to ship orders we receive before 12 pm the same day.

Free shipping is available?

We are currently not charging shipping fee for most of the products, but charge nominal shipping fee for heavy items and some special products.

Do you ship in weekend days also?

We don’t ship on weekend days

Which shipping partner you use?

We are using premium shipping agents like Bluedart, Fedex etc. For those pincodes which are not covered by them, we choose others, if possible.

How do I know that my order is shipped?

An automated email with shipping details and invoice will be sent once the shipment is done.

What I will do if the package brought by the courier person is leaking or damaged or tampered?

If the package brought by the courier person is leaking or damaged or tampered, please don’t accept them.

Once you accept the package, we will not be able to approve any damage claim.

How do I claim the warranty or performance of the product as per manufacturer?

Any disputes/issues with the warranty or performance of the product should be worked with the respective manufacturers.

How do I cancel my order after placing and paid?

The order can be cancelled before the shipping, and can’t be cancelled after the shipping is done.

Do you pay if I do a product review?

We don’t pay for product review, however we appreciate our customers when they spend some time to share their experience with others as cash back on their wallet, though we don’t guarantee it .
