Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days, most orders are delivered within 5 to 9 working days, and however the dispatch time may take some days more when there is any sudden rise of orders. And the delivery might take longer to the North-East destinations. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

We ship throughout the week, except Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies (such as FedEx, BlueDart etc). If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your order via Speed Post (EMS).

All liquid and aerosol products are shipped only by surface because of the restriction imposed by Bureau Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) and/or the Regulatory Requirements of the State on the courier service providers.

Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region. We are not liable to pay any additional costs or fees incurred in receiving the delivery.

We offer free shipping to entire India for orders above Rs.999.

Receiving The Package

If you think, you have received the package in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 80 88 859 859 or email us at [email protected] mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the package for any damage, once goods have been signed and accepted, we cannot accept any liability for damage.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer; however we can provide any support required but that will not be a contractual obligation.
